Solutions

Product-led software and automation for enterprise problems.

AnyTaxi is CPIN's core product. The enterprise services below draw on the engineering behind it and suit projects involving AI automation, platform development, or system integration.

Service areas

Four service areas for different operational and product needs.

Each engagement starts by confirming the problem, data boundaries, and acceptance criteria. If a request is not a good fit, we say so before the project starts.

01

AI & intelligent automation

Turn voice, documents, and repetitive processes into traceable automation.

  • Voice AI and conversational workflows
  • Document and data processing
  • Workflow automation
  • Internal enterprise tools

Good fit:For teams handling large volumes of voice, documents, or manual data entry.

02

Software & platform development

From corporate sites to admin back offices, built for maintainability.

  • Corporate sites and web apps
  • Admin back offices and access control
  • API and database design
  • Cloud service integration

Good fit:For organisations building, rebuilding, or connecting internal operating systems.

03

Digital products & H5

Mobile interfaces, interactive content, and product prototypes built to be tested.

  • Mobile interface design and build
  • Interactive web experiences
  • H5 campaign and product pages
  • Product prototypes and validation

Good fit:For teams validating a product concept or launching an interactive page.

04

Integration & automation engineering

Connect systems and move deployment and testing into repeatable pipelines.

  • Cross-system integration and data sync
  • Deployment automation
  • Test automation
  • Business operations tooling

Good fit:For environments with inconsistent data across systems or manual deployments.

AnyTaxi is CPIN's own core product. Brands belonging to other companies or rights holders are not presented as CPIN products or outcomes.

Commercialisation and cooperation

Start with the field problem, validate, then expand.

AnyTaxi remains at Pilot; pricing, revenue, customer count, and signed contracts are not published. The model below distinguishes current activity from planned work.

Taxi fleets and transport operators

Phone orders depend on staff, addresses are re-keyed, and dispatch and operations data are fragmented.

Small-bus, rehabilitation, and care transport

Scheduling, mileage, fares, and subsidy reporting require heavy manual reconciliation.

Airport transfer and corporate charter

Bookings, dispatch, notifications, and reconciliation need a consistent data source.

Enterprises adopting AI automation and integration

Voice, documents, and existing systems lack traceable automation.

Fleet field cooperation and pilots

Validate AnyTaxi in a defined field with agreed metrics; customer names and field data are not published.

Current

Custom software and system integration

Progress through discovery, milestones, and acceptance criteria; no fixed online quote.

Ongoing

Multi-fleet and white-label cooperation

Multi-tenant isolation, second-fleet onboarding, and white-label workflows still require testing and field evidence.

Planned / R&D

Technology and research partnership

Speech, address handling, dispatch integration, and AI governance are assessed with ownership and data boundaries.

By discussion

Planned / R&D items are not realised revenue or live services. Current commercial validation: AnyTaxi Pilot; custom projects are assessed through discovery and milestones.

How we work

Agree on scope and acceptance before writing code.

We prefer milestone-based delivery so each stage has inspectable outputs. The exact process depends on project size and existing systems.

  • Requirements, data access, and scope confirmed
  • Milestones, acceptance criteria, and communication
  • Prototype, development, testing, and delivery records
  1. 01

    Discovery

Clarify the problem, users, existing workflow, and constraints.

  2. 02

    Scope and milestones

Agree on functional boundaries, acceptance criteria, timeline, and cost.

  3. 03

    Prototype and design

Confirm workflow and interface direction with a working prototype.

  4. 04

    Build and test

Deliver against milestones with testing and change records.

  5. 05

    Delivery and support

Complete deployment, documentation, and any ongoing support arrangement.

Principles

No exaggeration, no misappropriation, no claiming unfinished work.

  • We do not use unauthorised brand assets, customer data, or partnership claims.
  • We do not promise unverified outcomes, certifications, or programme approvals.
  • Deliverables include inspectable documentation, testing, and change records.
  • If a request is not a good fit, we explain before work begins.
