Company summary

Software engineering, voice AI, and fleet operations.

CPIN Technology focuses on voice AI, fleet operations platforms, workflow automation, and digital products. Its flagship, AnyTaxi, is deployed in fleet operations and remains at Pilot stage.

CPIN also delivers enterprise software, AI automation, and system integration projects. This website is a verifiable R&D explanation, not a substitute for a grant application; status, evidence, and limitations are stated separately.

  • Field deployment and R&D status are labelled separately.
  • Website test PASS is not treated as product validation.
  • Unconfirmed registration data, personal team data, and customer data are not published.

R&D capabilities

Engineering from the voice entry point to operations data.

These are capability areas and research status, not a list of fully commercialised products. Ownership, public scope, and compliance are reviewed per project.

Field validation

Voice AI and intelligent dispatch

Voice intake, speech-to-text, address and field extraction, human review, and dispatch integration.

Research / prototype

Multi-agent governance and automation

Multi-agent research on tasks, approvals, audit, and operations; not a registered independent company or live service.

Generic engineering

Interactive entertainment and game platform engineering

Game lobbies, module lifecycles, asset factories, and operations tooling; public content excludes brands, gambling, payments, and revenue sharing.

Research method

Data analysis and quantitative research

Research on strategy generation, causal backtesting, and elimination; no investment advice or return claims.

Flagship case

AnyTaxi: a voice AI fleet platform in field validation.

AnyTaxi starts with phone orders, converts calls into structured records, and connects them to dispatch, the fleet back office, and operations data. Telephony and the back office have operating records; recognition, address parsing, dispatch, and end-to-end reconciliation remain under validation.

Pilot does not mean full commercial operation. Customer names, recognition rates, SLAs, and revenue are not published.

Publicly stated outcomes

  • Operating use of production telephony, human transfer, and call records
  • Fleet back office, extensions, and human voice review
  • Field use of order and dispatch engines
  • Observation and manual annotation in the voice learning platform

See the evidence summary below and the technical brief for full limitations and unverified items.

Public evidence summary

Only approved summaries are public; raw customer data is not.

The evidence below comes from the October 2026 internal capability audit and field-record review. Raw reports, full test records, and sensitive system information are not automatically published; they can be provided through a formal review process.

Production phone lines, human transfer, call records, and the fleet back office have operating records. SLA, concurrent-call capacity, every interface, and the complete permission matrix were not re-accepted in this round.
Customer names, call content, internal URLs, and raw records are not published.

EV-ATX-0022026-10-24 AnyTaxi speech and address parsing October 2026 internal audit Review of field usage, low-confidence follow-up design, and manual annotation workflow. The speech and address workflow has field use and a human-review design. Per-language recognition, address accuracy, order-creation rate, and latency are not published.
Website tests or concept mockups are not speech-recognition results.

The dispatch engine, order management, and fleet back office are used in the field. End-to-end reconciliation from voice to order to dispatch, full-automation success, and cross-fleet isolation remain under validation.
No full-automation dispatch or commercial-outcome claim is made.

R&D roadmap

Near-term validation, mid-term expansion, long-term research.

The following describes research direction and work order, not committed delivery dates or revenue targets.

01

Near term: field validation

  • Address coverage and low-confidence follow-up
  • Human review and exception handling
  • End-to-end order and dispatch reconciliation
  • Multi-fleet isolation testing
02

Mid term: productisation

  • Voice-learning candidates and version governance
  • Cross-language and white-label workflows
  • Operations data products
  • Second-fleet onboarding
03

Long term: research

  • Multi-agent governance and automated operations
  • Cross-system intelligent workflows
  • Industry partnership and ecosystem integration

Commercialisation and cooperation

Start with the field problem, validate, then expand.

AnyTaxi remains at Pilot; pricing, revenue, customer count, and signed contracts are not published. The model below distinguishes current activity from planned work.

Taxi fleets and transport operators

Phone orders depend on staff, addresses are re-keyed, and dispatch and operations data are fragmented.

Small-bus, rehabilitation, and care transport

Scheduling, mileage, fares, and subsidy reporting require heavy manual reconciliation.

Airport transfer and corporate charter

Bookings, dispatch, notifications, and reconciliation need a consistent data source.

Enterprises adopting AI automation and integration

Voice, documents, and existing systems lack traceable automation.

Fleet field cooperation and pilots

Validate AnyTaxi in a defined field with agreed metrics; customer names and field data are not published.

Current

Custom software and system integration

Progress through discovery, milestones, and acceptance criteria; no fixed online quote.

Ongoing

Multi-fleet and white-label cooperation

Multi-tenant isolation, second-fleet onboarding, and white-label workflows still require testing and field evidence.

Planned / R&D

Technology and research partnership

Speech, address handling, dispatch integration, and AI governance are assessed with ownership and data boundaries.

By discussion

Items marked planned / R&D are not realised revenue or live services.
